Until recently adults of the organisation and children of the Creche Gabrielle were sharing the same 5 toilets. These toilets were not only not suited for adults but also it didn’t feel right to have adults and children share the same facilities.
The volunteers of the French community of Johannesburg, in agreement with Portia, the manager at Khomanani, agreed to fund the construction of 2 new toilets dedicated to adults. These toilets are located in an area away from the Creche and are large enough to have a toilet and a sink.
