Khomanani Health Centre was created in 2002 in the township of Vlakfontein. It consists of 5 zones
- Zone 1 - the Creche Gabrielle
- Zone 2 - the administration
- Zone 3 - the Library and reading room
- Zone 4 - the kitchen
- Zone 5 - the church (which is not used by Khomanani
- Zone 6 - the vegetable garden
