The Khomanani Health Centre also offers breakfast and lunch to children of the Creche but also to other children of the Vlakfontein community. In total, Malefo, the cook, and Mary, her assistant, prepare over 600 meals every day, 5 days a week.
Malefo who is a mum of 5 has been a cook at Khomanani Health Centre for the last 15 years. She is a fully dedicated cook who cares so much about the children she feeds every day and the community of Vlakfontein.
